SURVEY RESULTS
Who took the survey vs. who lives in Tangletown (MNCompass.org data):
- 252 individual survey responses (7% of the 3,630 people age 15+ living in Tangletown)
- Survey respondents were 87% White (vs. 83% mncompass.org)
- 62% of survey respondents reported an annual household income of over $100,000 (vs. 66% mncompass.org)
- 89% of survey respondents were homeowners (vs. 74% mncompass.org)
The Tangletown Neighborhood Association contracted with The Peoples Canvass in the summer of 2024 to doorknock and survey Tangletown residents. The survey was also promoted via a direct mail postcard sent to every Tangletown residential address, including single-family homes and multi-unit buildings, on social media, in the Tangletown News e-newsletter, and at community events.
