This month, our Equity Committee would like to share a book club happening at our local Washburn Library, the Community Connections Book Club:
“Join our discussion of new and interesting titles focused on transforming perceptions and building a more equitable and connected community.”
The book club will meet at the Washburn Library (5244 Lyndale Ave. S.), 6:30-7:30 PM, on the following dates to discuss upcoming titles:
April 18: Start with Hello by Shannan Martin
May 16: We Are Meant to Rise by Carolyn and David Mura Holbrook
June 20: The Letter Formally Known as Q by Nancy Musinguzi
